Do you need a duplicate sacramental certificate?
Please call our Parish Office at (210) 695-8791 during regular business hours to make your request for a newly signed, dated & sealed Certificate of Baptism, First Communion, Confirmation, or Marriage.
Please fill out and complete this form and email it to: [email protected]This will help us ensure that we accurately receive all essential information needed to locate your sacramental record in our sacramental books and generate your certificate(s) on a timely basis.
All requests are addressed in the order that they are received. There is an estimated three (3) business day turn around dependent on time of year.

Llame a nuestra Oficina Parroquial al (210) 695-8791 durante el horario comercial habitual para realizar su solicitud de un Certificado de Bautismo, Primera Comunión, Confirmación o Matrimonio recién firmado, fechado y sellado.
Por favor complete este formulario y envíelo por correo electrónico a: [email protected]Esto nos ayudará a asegurarnos de recibir correctamente toda la información esencial necesaria para localizar su registro sacramental en nuestros libros sacramentales y emitir su(s) certificado(s) de manera oportuna.
Todas las solicitudes se abordan en el orden en que se reciben. Se estima que el plazo de entrega es de tres (3) días hábiles, dependiendo de la época del año.
