Do you need a duplicate sacramental certificate?

Please call our Parish Office at (210) 695-8791 during regular business hours to make your request for a newly signed, dated & sealed Certificate of Baptism, First Communion, Confirmation, or Marriage.
 

Speaking to you directly will help us ensure that we accurately receive all essential information needed to locate your sacramental record in our sacramental books (physical NOT electronic) and generate your certificate(s) on a timely basis.

All requests are addressed in the order that they are received. There is an estimated three (3) business day turn around dependent on time of year.

Llame a nuestra Oficina Parroquial al (210) 695-8791 durante el horario comercial habitual para realizar su solicitud de un Certificado de Bautismo, Primera Comunión, Confirmación o Matrimonio recién firmado, fechado y sellado.

Hablando con usted directamente nos ayudará a garantizar que recibamos con precisión toda la información esencial necesaria para ubicar su registro sacramental en nuestros libros sacramentales (físicos, NO electrónicos) y generar su(s) certificado(s) de manera oportuna.

Todas las solicitudes se abordan en el orden en que se reciben. Se estima que el plazo de entrega es de tres (3) días hábiles, dependiendo de la época del año.
